Unfortunately I have no idea of where her family lived. Have been looking at Family Trees where it just said born in Brighton on 6th May, 1904. And yes, she was named May. :) and was the 7th child of eight in her family. They wouldn't have lived in the posher areas, as I believe my Gran had to take in washing to make ends meet. My Grandad was a Painter/Paperhanger.
