londonronnieNew-release dvds are usually sent out in time to arrive in your sticky mitts on the release date, aren't they? At least, that's always been my experience in the past. So where's my Cuckoo Waltz Series 2 then? I haven't even had a "Your order has been despatched" email yet...

Date: 2009-08-11 08:59 am (UTC)Where are yours coming from? I've just checked my order with Play and it's showing as "Order taken" which I assume means it's not into the despatching process yet.
Interestingly, it's still showing the dvd as being available for pre-order, even though it says quite plainly that the release date is 10 August.
Looks like something's gone belly-up somewhere...
